Before and After
Here's an example of a totally refurbished condominium. Prior to the remodel the condo had sun-bleached rust-colored shag carpeting, popcorn ceiling, flocked wallpaper in the kitchen, faux wood cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, and an outdated bar and closet in the dining room.
This was the way the entryway looked when the condo was first purchased; an outdated bar complete with brass and glass shelving and a closet in the dining room. We were already in the process of removing the outdated carpeting.
Removing the bar, shelving and closet added an additional 36 square feet to the dining room. The chandelier was replaced with cool winding track lighting and vertical accessories were added to the room due to the small space available in this area (wine rack on far wall). The walls were painted a vibrant shade of "Harvest Moon." |

After removing the carpeting and "popcorn" ceiling, we repainted the walls in "Harvest Moon" and laid teak flooring throughout the living areas. We completed the look with new window treatments and new wider baseboards.
This was the kitchen, complete with saloon-type doors. The walls were covered with flocked wallpaper and extra plastic gadgets hanging all over the walls...not to mention walnut-grained faux wood cabinets. |

We primed and painted the cabinets, removed the flocked wallpaper and plastic gadgets and painted the walls linen white to keep the room fresh, clean and fun. |
